Team Management

Invite team members to your site and manage their access levels. Team size limits depend on your plan.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Settings → Team for your site
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click Send Invite

The invited person receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. If they don't have an Ovyxa account, they'll be prompted to create one.

Owner

Full control over the site — settings, billing, team management, and danger zone actions. Each site has exactly one owner (the person who created it).

Editor

Can view the dashboard and modify goals, shields, annotations, and shared links. Cannot access billing, delete the site, or manage team members.

Viewer

Read-only access to the dashboard. Cannot modify any settings.

Managing Members

From Settings → Team, you can:

  • Change role — click on a member's role to change it
  • Remove member — click the remove button to revoke their access

Changes take effect immediately.

Pending Invitations

Invitations that haven't been accepted yet appear in the Pending Invitations section. You can:

  • Resend — send the invitation email again
  • Cancel — revoke the invitation before it's accepted

Invitations expire after 7 days. After expiration, you'll need to send a new invite.
